What AI models does MPM support?

MPM now supports 20+ AI models for direct image and video generation:

Video Models (12): Kling 2.6 Pro, Kling 2.5 Turbo, Kling O1, Kling 2.1, Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Fast, Sora 2, Luma Ray 2, MiniMax Hailuo, Wan 2.2, Hunyuan Video, and Mochi 1

Midjourney: Full parameter support for copy-paste workflow to Web UI and Discord. Copy-paste workflow available for all models as well so your prompts travel anywhere.

What are AI Credits and how do they work?

AI Credits power image and video generation across our 20+ AI models. Here's how they work:

Getting Credits:

• Monthly Allocations: Creator plan includes 500 credits/month, Studio includes 2,000 credits/month
• One-Time Packages: Purchase credits that never expire (see pricing section)
• Rollover: Monthly credits roll over—they never expire

Using Credits:

• Image generation: 1-128+ credits per image depending on model and resolution
• Video generation: 20-192+ credits depending on model, duration, and resolution
• Real-time cost preview before generating
• Automatic refunds if generation fails

Best Practices: Start with purchased credits to test models, upgrade to Creator/Studio for best value if generating regularly, and check the credit cost preview before generating to manage your budget.

Can I generate videos directly in MPM?

Yes! Pro Editor 3.0 includes a professional video editor with 12 AI video models including Kling, Veo, Sora, Luma Ray, MiniMax Hailuo, Wan, Hunyuan, and Mochi.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and the difference will be prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to premium features until then. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel your subscription, your account will revert to the Community tier, and you'll keep access to your prompts and projects within the Community tier limits. We'll keep your data for 90 days after cancellation. Bulk export of all prompts and images is currently on our roadmap with an estimated completion date of March 2026. If you decide to resubscribe within 90 days, all your data will still be there.

Is my data secure and private?

Absolutely. Your images are stored on Amazon CloudFront with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication and never share your data with third parties. Your prompts and projects are private by default - only you and team members you explicitly invite can access them. You can also choose to make specific prompts public to share with the community.

What pricing plans do you offer?

We offer flexible plans to match your creative needs:

Community (Free Forever): 50 projects, 2GB storage, full editor access, public gallery, AI generation with purchased credits

Creator ($9/month or $86.40/year): Unlimited projects, 25GB storage, up to 5 team members, 500 AI credits monthly, 1-click reference images, analytics dashboard

Studio ($49/month or $470/year): Everything in Creator plus 500GB storage, unlimited team members, 2,000 AI credits monthly, team galleries, activity tracking, priority support, priority generation queue

Founder (Sold Out): One-time $199 for lifetime Creator access with special founder badge

All paid plans include commercial use rights on AI-generated outputs. Credits roll over month-to-month and never expire.

Do you offer storage upgrades?

Yes! All plans include storage, with optional add-ons for heavy users:

Included Storage:

• Community: 2GB
• Creator: 25GB
• Studio: 500GB

Storage Add-Ons (Creator and Studio plans only):

Storage add-ons are billed independently from your membership plan and can be changed anytime. For comparison, our 500GB Studio storage costs the same as just 8.6GB on Cloudinary—that's 58x better value.

Storage is used for: Uploaded reference images, AI-generated images and videos, Midjourney imports, and gallery images. All files are stored on AWS with CloudFront CDN for fast global access.
